Calgary Flames Legend Miikka Kiprusoff Receives Custom Goalie Mask

Former NHL All-Star Honored by Local Artist

Miikka Kiprusoff, the legendary goaltender for the Calgary Flames, recently received a special gift: a custom-painted goalie mask created by local artist Brendan Peters.

Peters, also known as "Mini Kipper," presented the mask to Kiprusoff at a recent event. The mask features intricate artwork, paying homage to Kiprusoff's career with the Flames. Peters, who now paints goalie masks as a profession, was inspired to create the mask to reconnect with his childhood idol.

Fans attending an upcoming home game will have the opportunity to meet Kiprusoff and take photos with the one-of-a-kind mask on display in the main concourse.
